In July 2024, the Construction Authority’s Board of Directors shortlisted Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. (“Kiewit”) as qualified to submit a proposal to design and build the extension of the Foothill Gold Line from Pomona to Montclair pursuant to Request for Proposals (RFP) C3001 Phase 2B2 Pomona to Montclair Design-Build Project. On September 18, 2024, the Construction Authority issued the RFP to Kiewit.
