ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEWS
for
METRO GOLD LINE FOOTHILL EXTENSION (FOOTHILL GOLD LINE) FROM AZUSA TO MONTCLAIR (GLENDORA TO MONTCLAIR) PROJECT
The Construction Authority, as the lead agency under the California Environmental Quality Act, certified a Final Environmental Impact Report in 2013 (2013 FEIR) for the Azusa/Glendora to Montclair Project (Project). Following the certification of the 2013 FEIR, the Construction Authority identified a number of refinements to the Project. The Construction Authority has since approved four addenda to the 2013 FEIR, and a Supplemental EIR (SEIR) in 2019.
In June 2020, the Construction Authority initiated the preparation of a second Supplemental Environmental Impact Report in response to potential Project Modifications to the station-area parking facilities. The Draft SEIR was published in September 2020 for a 45-day public comment period and the Final SEIR was published on January 6, 2021 (including the response to comments on the Draft SEIR). The Construction Authority board of directors will consider certifying the Final SEIR and approving the project modifications at their January 13, 2021 meeting.
Below, in order of most current to oldest, are links to all environmental review documents for the Project. Starting on top is the 2021 Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report; with links below to the 2013 FEIR, the four subsequent addenda and the 2019 SEIR:
